Telecaller Executive

Role Overview

As a telecaller at Akshat Infomedia, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and prospects over the phone to generate leads, share information about our services, and support the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site role (Pune) with opportunities to grow within the sales/marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services and solutions.

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries or requests.

  • Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture potential clients.

  • Maintain an accurate call log and customer database (CRM/Excel).

  • Provide clear and persuasive information about products/services offered by the company.

  • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to support campaign goals and grow business.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language skills can be a plus).

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.

  • Persuasive and confident phone manner.

  • Basic computer knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Graduate or 12th pass (requirements may vary by posting).

  • Experience:  some posts may prefer 1–2 years of telecalling/sales background.
