Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Akshat Infomedia, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails & networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  •  Understand client requirements and offer suitable digital marketing solutions
  •  Conduct meetings, presentations & follow-ups with potential clients
  •  Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain client data and update CRM regularly
  • Coordinate with marketing & technical team for project execution

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills

  •  Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred)

  •  Ability to handle clients professionally

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)

  • Graduate / MBA (Preferred)

  •  4-5 years experience in sales/business development (preferred)

    Graphics Designer

    Job Description

    As a Graphic Designer at Akshat Infomedia, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, helping brands communicate effectively through creative graphics.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and advertisements

    • Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and marketing materials

    •  Develop logos, branding elements, and corporate identity designs

    •  Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and promotional content

    •  Collaborate with the marketing and development teams

    •  Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools

    •  Strong creativity and visual communication skills

    •  Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design

    •  Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

    •  Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus

    •  Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred)

    •  1–3 years of experience (preferred)
