Job Description
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Akshat Infomedia, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails & networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable digital marketing solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations & follow-ups with potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain client data and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with marketing & technical team for project execution
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred)
Ability to handle clients professionally
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel)
Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
4-5 years experience in sales/business development (preferred)

- Make outbound calls to introduce services
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries
- Generate leads and do regular follow-ups
- Maintain call records & customer database (CRM/Excel)
- Explain services in a clear & persuasive manner
- Coordinate with sales & marketing team
Requirements

- Confident and persuasive communication style

- 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
